The EnergyHUB internship program is a great opportunity to gain unique knowledge and experience, unleash your professional potential and build a successful career at NPC Ukrenergo. The internship is provided for those who study in specialty 141 "Electric power engineering, electrical engineering, and electromechanics", but participation in the program of students of other technical specialties is considered.
In particular, after the internship, the best students can receive an invitation to work in the Company in the operational dispatch service, which manages the operation of the United Energy System (UES) of Ukraine, and in the units responsible for the operation and development of the high-voltage main electrical network.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- be a student of a master's program at the time of application or have a master's educational qualification level;
- have an interest in working in the electricity sector and a desire to work for NPC Ukrenergo;
- be geographically mobile;
- have a level of English proficiency Intermediate and higher.
STAGES OF THE COMPETITION:
- by May 31, 2021 – you must fill out an online questionnaire and receive an invitation;
- by June 11, 2021 – it is necessary to be tested at the Ukrenergo Assessment Center;
- until June 28, 2021 – pass an interview with the technical supervisor;
- until June 30, 2021 – selection of finalists for the internship program.
WHAT THE INTERN WILL DO:
- acquire theoretical and practical skills of the dispatching personnel of the UES of Ukraine;
- get acquainted with the peculiarities of substations of different voltage classes;
- gain knowledge in the field of functioning of the new electricity market and understanding of the prospects for the development of the electricity industry;
- gain unique experience thanks to the personal mentoring of energy specialists.
